It really wasn't what I had expected. For some reason I had it in my mind that it would be more sturdy and made with a stiffer material rather than floppy and humongous. It was ok though, just not what I was looking for.

I ordered this for halloween 2009 it came in a box that was way too small for it. The hat was lop sided and when filled with "material" you could still see the wrinkles in the hat. We sent the hat back before Halloween it is now January 2010. Still no refund. I'm waiting................

Great product for the right situation. The hat is quite large and dramatic and will certainly get some attention. Quality is great for $30.00 in my opinion. Hat also has compartment with zipper above head which allows you to fill it with material in order for the hat to completely fill out and keep shape. I recommend this product to anyone looking for an over-the-top look.

For the price, this is a wonderful hat. My daughter's favorite book has always been Alice in Wonderland/Alice through the Looking Glass, so for her 21st birthday was having a Mad Hatter's Tea Party and desperately needed a hat. This hat was perfect; it is oversized and silly and exactly what she was looking for. It is durable and doesn't take much space to store.
